Sustainabilty

The North Campus Partnership is focused on creating revenue streams to allow the organization to become less dependent on private donations to sustain our operations. This will include developing commercial and residential real estate on our campus, partnering with entrepreneurs to open businesses on campus, and hosting various paid events — all adding to the overall quality of life on our campus.

Commercial Real Estate

In the future, real estate will be our top source of revenue. We will acquire, develop and rent spaces on our campus. Some of the buildings we will also occupy and provide services for our students while also renting sections of the building to complimentary non-profits as well as for-profit businesses that add to the quality of life on campus.

Residential Real Estate

We will rehab vacant homes on campus to rent to the families of North Campus students, ensuring that our students stay on campus and have good and safe housing.

North Campus Ventures

We will partner with entrepreneurs to open new businesses on campus and in North Campus owned buildings. One possible business would be a delivery food business (using apps like Postmates, Grubhub, and Uber Eats) based out of a renovated kitchen located in The Sanctuary. (Example: Sanctuary Pizza)
